At Sumith's Signature, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. That's why we've designed our refund policy to offer you flexibility and peace of mind.
We enjoy making our products, and we want you to love them just as much as we do. If you're not entirely satisfied, we are available to help you during the entire return/exchange/refund procedure.
Qualifications
We have a 10-day return method for all items on our site (excluding items discounted 15% or more).
Our ten-day warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from accidents or misuse. If your items fit our return requirements, our team will provide you with instructions via email or WhatsApp (excluding shipping costs). We reserve the right to refuse returns over 10 days.
If you've received an incorrect item, missing an item, or an item is damaged in any way, please submit a text to our support team through our WhatsApp 0777871582. This must be done within 48 hours of you receiving the order.
If the intended exchange product is out of stock, we will provide a coupon for credit that is valid for three months from the date of issue.

Items that have been discounted by 15% or more are considered final sale and are not valid for a refund or exchange. Items that have been discounted by less than 15% are welcome to return within our 10-day window, provided all return conditions are met.
Refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment-initiated media itself.
